With ever-changing fashion in the high-end your hair needs extra attention. There is a lot you can do depending on the length of hair and still remain high fashion.

One of the most popular haircuts reigning in the fashion industry today is the layered haircut. You can wear it to formal as well casual events without compromising on style. Flip in outwards or inwards, because both ways it is chic and fashionable and can be adjusted to suit the event. Layers add to the feminine nature of your face and can be suitable for all face types. For added pizzazz ask your stylist to put more volume in the middle and thin out the ends.

The bobbed haircut with layers, bangs or highlights is also the current rage. For a truly fashionable look cut your bob asymmetrical or in an A-line bob flipped inwards for a sophisticated mature look.

Braids are also in vogue and chic. You can choose the African style or the Bob Marley brand of braids or have a simple clean look with corn rolls.

For men length options have gone from short to long, while maintaining a clean look for work. A tousled layered look is extremely high fashion and using a little gel can make your hair look windblown but not messed up. A lot of celebrities and high-end models now sport bangs pushed away from the face. Long hair should not extend below your shoulder if you do not want to look messy, or go for a short spiked or retro slick hairstyle.

A number of high end products can transform the way your hair looks instantly. Opt for a high quality gel if you are using it regularly, or for a softer mousse to achieve that careless look. To do up your hair opt for barrettes in different shapes and colors, and to add a little more oomph to your hair go for an embellished barrette. You will find a number of diamond or crystal encrusted barrettes at high end stores to achieve that look. Or you may go for hair bands with some gold threadwork or little crystal work for a very sophisticated look.

Invest in a good set of rollers and curlers if you are going for the soft feminine curls-look. A number of high-end salons will provide you this look, or you may pick up exclusive designer hair products that will help you do up your hair by yourself or with a little help. A hair dryer is a must when you re trying to set a hairstyle but choose only the best brand available or you risk damaging your hair follicles. Or you can go for chemical treatment, which has steadily caught on in the high-end segment to change the very nature of your hair. If you are bored of straight hair you may opt to chemically curl them, or straighten them you have frizzy hair.

Good looking hair needs thorough maintenance. You need to pick up shampoos, hair oils and conditioners from the specialty segment only if you care enough about your hair. A number of high-end brands have developed specialty products to cater to specific problems, but still do not compromise on hair health and beauty. These brands come up with new additions to their line while reformulating older products to help you maintain your crowning glory.
